Could you be the full-time Maintenance Engineer in Fez we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance expertise in a cutting-edge and dynamic field. You’ll work alongside skilled, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and quality assurance), troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of performing preventive maintenance and diagnosing issues in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, but also contribute to the design and implementation of maintenance programs to enhance system reliability.
We’ll look to you for:
Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems
Performing routine preventative maintenance on machinery
Testing and modifying equipment to improve reliability
Maintaining and updating process documentation and daily maintenance logs
Supervising equipment modifications for process changes, new models, and expansion needs
Monitoring facilities that support process equipment
Undertaking precision alignments and calibrations of machinery
Ensuring compliance with safety policies, including Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures
Sourcing and ordering required parts and supplies
Operating forklifts, man-lifts, and equipment safely

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
Proven experience of troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and processes
Familiarity with safety policies and procedures, including Lock-Out Tag-Out programs
A certification in equipment maintenance or a related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
