Main Tasks:

Task
Detailed description of main activities

Operational /Strategic Tasks
-Extract invoice validation status from SAP and COUPA systems
-Analyze the overdue invoices and treat them as priority
-Check all information on the invoices based on agreed rate-book -Validate the invoices
-Complete report of what is validated
-Contact Carriers in case of issues on the invoices or in the system
-Collaboration with Payable account
-Follow escalation process
- Contact the purshasing team in case of missing data in the contract or rate book
