Job :

Your missions will be to:

• Manage all after-sales service operations (reception, diagnosis, repair, customer return) and ensure service times and quality
• Supervise and lead the technical and administrative after-sales service teams
• Optimize operational processes and implement performance indicators (deadlines, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
• Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and approved repair centers
• Ensure budget monitoring for the department and propose continuous improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and warranty/customer service policy

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in a technical or logistics field
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing after-sales service operations, ideally in household appliances, consumer electronics, or a similar industrial sector
• Strong skills in team management and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in after-sales service management tools / ERP
• Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented
• Good customer relations and service-oriented attitude
