Job : ABOUT THE POSITION:Reporting to your Team Manager, your mission is to sell Fiber Optic offers to individual customers (B2C). You are the first ambassador of tomorrow's connectivity.- Active prospecting: Contact eligible prospects to offer them the switch to Fiber.- Personalized advice: Analyze the household's needs (TV, Internet, Mobile) to propose the most suitable offer.- Sales and Closing: Present benefits, handle objections, and finalize subscription contracts.- File follow-up: Ensure the quality of entered information to guarantee the success of the technical connection.
Required profile : Sales temperament: You are results-oriented and enjoy meeting daily challenges.Tele-selling mastery: Successful previous experience in a call center (ideally in Telecom) is a serious asset.Excellent diction: You speak fluently and dynamically in French.Perseverance: You know how to turn a "no" into an opportunity through your persuasive skills.
