Job :

Join our dynamic team in the distribution sector! An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Counter Agent at our CASABLANCA branch. This role, at the heart of our commercial operations, will allow you to grow professionally within a company recognized for its expertise.

Your main goals will be to actively contribute to customer satisfaction, ensure efficient management of orders and information flow, while participating in the development of commercial relationships. You will be an essential link in the smooth running and performance of our daily exchanges.

Your days will be structured by various tasks that will allow you to use your skills:

• Welcoming and directing customers, whether in person or by phone.
• Careful processing of orders, from registration to follow-up.
• Routine administrative management related to commercial activity.
• Close collaboration with logistics and sales teams to ensure perfect coordination.
• Participation in updating customer and product databases.
• Informing customers about our offers and new products.

Part of your role will also involve responding to technical or commercial information requests, to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is the required knowledge base.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years is preferred. This background will allow you to quickly grasp the challenges of the position and make a significant contribution from your start.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.

Proficiency in common computer tools is essential,

a specialization in Sales / Commercial / Export will be a major asset.

Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity will also be key qualities for success and growth within our organization.

Good communication skills are also essential.
