Job :

• Support / Service Operations:

• Analysis and treatment of incidents/anomalies reported by application users or client complaints.
• Preparation, execution, and monitoring of service operations (database queries, mass updates, etc.) such as analysis and processing of erroneous orders, database operations.
• Collaboration with the operator (environment manager) for the treatment of production incidents.
• Participation in skill development and transfer of activities to support levels N1 (N1 being the first level of anomaly reception) and N2.

• Maintenance:

• Maintenance management: prioritization of fixes in collaboration with IT project owners (MOE/MOA).
• Tracking production bugs and reporting them to projects for correction.
• Monitoring production deployments.

• Quality Improvement / Reporting:

• Analysis of recurring incidents and proposal of solutions: writing Change Requests (CR) - Identification of problems.
• Leading progress meetings for error resolution.
• Contribution to meetings for Analysis and Improvement of the quality of applications within your scope.
• Development of improvement proposals regarding data, flows, or recurring operations using complementary or integrated software.
