Our prestigious hotel, a major player in the luxury Hotel / Restaurant sector, is looking for its future General Housekeeper. Your role will be central in maintaining the impeccable standards of excellence and cleanliness that characterize our house. You will be responsible for the aesthetics and comfort of the spaces, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every client. Optimizing resources and efficient team management will also be at the heart of your responsibilities.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervising and coordinating all housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry teams.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and presentation standards for rooms, common areas, and pantries.
• Managing stocks of linen, welcome products, and cleaning supplies, while optimizing costs.
• Implementing and monitoring staff schedules for housekeeping and maintenance.
• Training and motivating teams to maintain a high level of service.
• Handling specific customer requests and resolving any potential issues.
• Collaborating closely with other departments (reception, maintenance, catering) to ensure operational fluidity.
• Participating in the development of departmental budgets and monitoring them.
• Ensuring the proper upkeep and presentation of staff uniforms.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Hotel Management / Hospitality or in customer service professions.

Significant experience of 10 to 20 years in similar roles, necessarily acquired in luxury hotel establishments, is essential. This experience should have allowed you to develop a perfect mastery of quality and team management standards.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of organization, natural leadership, and great adaptability. Your rigor, attention to detail, and customer service orientation will be your greatest assets. An excellent presentation, perfect command of French, and a good knowledge of English are also necessary. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
