We are recruiting for our client, a company specializing in digital solutions and HR support, an IT Recruitment Officer working remotely to strengthen its Talent Acquisition team.
Main missions:
- IT sourcing on specialized platforms.
- Qualification of technical profiles: developers, system engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.
- Conducting telephone and video interviews.
- Managing the candidate pipeline and regular reporting.
- Collaboration with technical managers to define needs.
- Full follow-up of the recruitment process until integration.

Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or similar field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in IT recruitment.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to assess technical skills.
- Autonomy, organization, analytical skills.
- Comfortable with remote work.
