As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are recruiting a Permanent Merchandise Manager.

Main Mission:

Your main mission is to ensure the availability and performance of Supeco's permanent assortment by ensuring the reliability of stocks and supply parameters, managing stock levels, and coordinating actions with Supply Chain and stores.

Missions & Responsibilities:

• Product Availability: Ensure an optimal stock rate for permanent items and the availability of strategic or high-turnover items in stores.
• Stockouts and Corrective Actions: Analyze stockouts, identify their causes, and lead appropriate corrective measures with stakeholders.
• Stocks and Performance: Monitor coverage, turnover, overstock, stockouts, and shrinkage to optimize stock levels and profitability.
• Losses and Dormant Stocks: Lead the reduction of management losses and oversee the liquidation or sale of dormant stocks.
  

Required profile :

Higher education (Master's degree in Supply chain, logistics, stock management, or purchasing).
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in mass retail.
Mastery of stock management and optimization.
Good knowledge of Supply chain processes.
Analytical mind.
Organization, autonomy, and proactivity.
