As an Advisor, you will be required to:

• Receive and manage incoming customer calls.
• Listen, diagnose needs and provide precisely tailored solutions.
• Offer additional sales in response to requests.
• Apply established processes and master internal tools.
• Communicate any information useful for improving the quality of service.
• To achieve and exceed the set qualitative and quantitative objectives.
