Job :

Reporting to the Social Relations and Workplace Well-being department, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing various operations related to the management of the Mutual Fund and health insurance.

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Monitor and analyze monthly statements
• Process complaints and coordinate with insurance companies
• Handle weekly meetings
• Manage the recovery of difficult cases
• Analyze and control reimbursement files
• Prepare activity reports

Required profile :

• You have a Bac+2/3 degree (equivalent to a 2-3 year associate's degree) in Economics, Management, or Law, and you have previous experience in insurance or a similar role (internships included).
• You are rigorous, organized, responsive, and have proven interpersonal skills and a strong sense for problem-solving.
• You have excellent command of office software tools.
