Job : Position:

• Ensure good management of the department,
• Achieve objectives, margins, stocks, productivity, waste, and stockout rates,
• Establish weekly schedules,
• Organize your team's work and provide support,
• Comply with the group's commercial policy / build customer loyalty,
• Monitor compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
• Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.

Required profile : Profile sought:

With a minimum of a 3-year degree in Commerce/Management, you have 3 years or more of experience in Biscuits/Grocery where you have developed the following skills:

• Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
• Ability to make suggestions to improve results,
• Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
