Position:

Assigned to the Hypermarket store, your role is to manage your department in the hypermarket, ensuring that your sales and profitability targets are met.

For this, your areas of responsibility are:

• Define and review the assortment structures for its product category,
• Develop product categories,
• Train and support store teams,
• Define and ensure the implementation of action plans to be rolled out by product category,
• Manage various projects in line with the defined commercial strategy.

With a Bac +2/3 degree in Commerce/Distribution/Management, you have 3 years or more of experience in the field, during which you have developed the following skills:

• Ability to develop a commercial development plan and a product offering
• Ability to analyze trends and assess the development potential of the product offering
• Ability to evaluate the offering and positioning of a product
• Ability to propose modifications or improvements to optimize assortment profitability
• Ability to prepare reports
• Ability to monitor performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and track indicators

Autonomy & reactivity, sense of service and interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the key assets and success factors for this position.
