JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a technically proficient AI Engineer to drive AI initiatives across multiple domains.

You will be responsible for developing scalable AI solutions, implementing models, and enabling business teams through intelligent automation.

This role requires good knowledge of AI systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across diverse teams and projects.

PROFILE :

As an AI Engineer, you support business teams in identifying, designing, developing, and industrializing their AI use cases. You contribute to AI adoption by ensuring technical feasibility, maintaining the quality of delivered solutions, and guaranteeing compliance with platform standards and best practices.

RESPONSABILITIES :

• Identify and assess AI use case opportunities in collaboration with business teams.
• Facilitate scoping, discovery, and solution design workshops.
• Develop AI assistants and intelligent solutions.
• Support business teams throughout the journey from ideation to industrialization and deployment.
• Contribute to documentation and the sharing of best practices.
• Conduct continuous technology watch and monitor advancements in AI and related technologies.

Required profile :

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

AI Engineering & GenAI Development

• Strong expertise in Python for AI application development
• Good knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and A2A frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing AI Assistants and AI Agents
• Good knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases
• Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows and business use cases

LLMOps & AI Governance

• Good knowledge of Langfuse, MLflow, and observability frameworks for AI systems
• Experience implementing Guardrails and responsible AI practices
• Knowledge of model evaluation, monitoring, and AI solution lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of AI platform standards and best practices

Cloud, DevOps & Architecture

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift platforms
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Business Consulting & Delivery

• Experience identifying, assessing, and prioritizing AI use case opportunities with business stakeholders
• Ability to facilitate discovery, scoping, and solution design workshops
• Experience supporting business teams from ideation through industrialization and deployment
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities

Professional Skills

• Excellent listening skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in both French and English

Experience & Deliverables

• Confirmed/Senior experience in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
• Significant experience delivering GenAI, RAG, or AI Agent projects
• Strong knowledge of Azure technologies and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to deliver AI use case assessments, PoCs, MVPs, and production-ready AI assistants
• Experience producing technical and functional documentation and conducting knowledge-transfer sessions
