Job :

Reporting to the Quality, Safety, and Compliance Department, your mission will be to define and implement the Group's quality strategy, while ensuring the compliance of products with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

You will also be responsible for developing a true quality culture, in close collaboration with the operational teams.

Your main responsibilities

Quality Strategy

• Develop and deploy the Group's quality policy.
• Propose necessary changes in line with strategic directions.
• Manage quality innovation and certification projects.

Activity Management

• Ensure compliance with quality regulations at stores and platforms.
• Approve new quality systems proposed by operational teams.
• Ensure coordination and mediation with various stakeholders on quality matters.
• Conduct quality audits with strategic suppliers.
• Implement and monitor action plans to reduce non-conformities.
• Identify and approve quality service providers.
• Develop partnerships with health and ministerial authorities.
• Manage the Quality Department's budget.
• Ensure continuous regulatory monitoring on quality topics.

Management

• Recruit, support, and evaluate Quality team members.
• Develop the team's skills and foster their professional growth.
• Unite teams around quality objectives and goals.

Required profile :

• Bac+5 / Master / Engineer degree, ideally in Quality, Food Industry, Industry, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a Quality Management role within an industrial environment, ideally in the food sector.
• Proven experience in managing a Quality function in a multi-site environment.
• Strong command of quality management systems, audits, regulatory compliance, and food safety.
• Proven experience in team management and managing group-wide quality projects.
• Ability to define and deploy a Quality strategy, manage performance, and support operational teams in a continuous improvement approach.
