Contract Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

Within our environmental division, your role will be to ensure the contractual management of projects and environmental operations, secure technical, operational, and financial commitments, and optimize the contractual performance of projects.

Areas of Responsibility

Contractual Analysis and Structuring

• Analyze client and partner contracts, integrating technical and operational aspects
• Identify contractual, technical, and financial risks
• Participate in the negotiation of clauses in conjunction with technical and operational teams

Contractual Execution Monitoring

• Ensure the proper application of contractual obligations
• Monitor discrepancies between contractual commitments and the reality on the ground
• Anticipate risks of deviation (deadlines, costs, performance)

Claims and Opportunities Management

• Identify situations leading to claims (additional work, changes, delays)
• Prepare and manage claims files
• Defend the company's interests with clients and partners

Technical and Operational Interface

• Translate contractual requirements into operational constraints
• Support operations teams in understanding contracts
• Arbitrate contractual situations in line with on-site realities

Financial and Risk Monitoring

• Evaluate the financial impacts of contractual decisions
• Monitor penalties, claims, and contractual adjustments
• Alert management in case of significant risk or opportunity

Reporting and Management

• Implement contractual performance indicators
• Produce regular reports for management
• Leverage contractual feedback

Required profile :

• Engineering degree (environment, civil engineering, industrial, or equivalent)
• Experience in managing complex contracts and/or projects
• Experience in the environmental or infrastructure sector
• Good analytical and communication skills
