Within the Survey Management & Reporting team, you will be responsible for:

• Extraction, analysis and preparation of data from platforms to evaluate PRS (Product Quality Issues) problems by model, fuel type, and transmission.
• The creation and updating of dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track the status of analyses by team and by survey.
• Organizing and facilitating meetings with PRS functions (PCAL, PTD, PHES, etc.) for:
• Validate action plans and next steps (e.g., follow-up on CQM/SLQM actions).
• Produce reports (MoM) with action points and agenda.
• The production of monthly reports (PowerPoint, Excel) for the PRSQ Monthly Review, including:
• PPH (Problems Per Hour) values ​​by model and by engine type.
• Key developments and deviations from targets.
• Recommendations for achieving the objectives.
• Collaboration with third parties to define requirements and analyze survey results by model and engine.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac + 5) in industrial engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
