Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University). Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Manager, Account Manager, or Account Executive within an IT services company. Proven experience in selling consulting services and technical support. Sound knowledge of IT roles, staffing, and outsourcing management. Mastery of prospecting, negotiation, and account development techniques. Experience managing consultants and profit centers. Ability to simultaneously manage commercial, financial, and operational challenges. Excellent communication skills in French; professional English is an asset. Strong results-oriented mindset, autonomy, and entrepreneurial spirit.
