Reporting to the Client Account Manager, your main responsibilities will consist of managing:

Indirect contract (SEP client):

• Steering of new industrializations and changes in definition
• Development of industrialization plans
• Communication with the client regarding production, quality and delivery status
• Managing the progress monitoring rituals for industrialization projects and periodic reporting
• Identifying needs in terms of resources, tools, equipment, skills, etc.
• Monitoring of industrialization costs and budget (NRC)
• Contribute to the analysis of customer complaints as well as the implementation and monitoring of associated action plans in conjunction with quality.
• Coordination of the management and pricing of customer returns
• Contribution to the preparation and validation of DVIs

Direct contract:

• Entry of firm customer orders (SILS/Discrete PO)
• Order management: cancellations, date changes, addresses, ...
• Bluestreaks management and pricing
• Monitoring and communicating to the client the status of spares and freighter cargo requests and updating Exostar
• Monitoring and collaborating with the client on the SDGs
• Monitoring and quantifying customer returns
• Daily customer support
• Daily workshop support for the status of c blages
• Debt collection management
• Contribute to the preparation at the end of each month of the elements for closing the accounts (revenue, invoiced work)
• Contribute to the analysis of customer complaints as well as the implementation and monitoring of associated action plans in conjunction with quality.
• Communication with the client regarding production, quality and delivery status

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum education level: State Engineering Diploma

Minimum experience: 5 years in industrial project management (production), ideally in the aeronautics sector

Good technical knowledge of the company's business

Good level of English.

Management of IT tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software teams

Mastery of negotiation techniques

Excellent interpersonal skills
