Job :

Main Missions

• Define and deploy the company's omnichannel strategy.
• Map and optimize customer journeys.
• Ensure consistency of interactions across all channels.
• Lead digital transformation projects related to customer experience.
• Coordinate business, marketing, sales, and IT teams.
• Use customer data to improve journeys and performance.
• Develop levers for customer conversion, loyalty, and engagement.
• Monitor performance and satisfaction indicators.

Required profile :

Profile Sought

• Education: Master's degree (Engineering School, Business School, or University).
• Experience: 7 to 10 years minimum in roles related to customer experience, digital, marketing, or transformation.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is highly appreciated.

Required Skills

Functional: Omnichannel, customer experience, CRM, digital marketing, project management, change management.

Technical: CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.), analytical tools, digital platforms, CX KPIs (NPS, CSAT, CES).

Soft Skills: Leadership, customer focus, communication, analytical thinking, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration
