Main activities: Promote Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement. Analyze SQCDPI KPI data and propose corrective actions. Support supervisors and operations managers in resolving daily problems. Develop work instructions and process documentation. Download, process, and analyze ERP reports. Update production and engine monitoring dashboards. Optimize industrial processes using the principles of the Theory of Constraints, Lean, and Six Sigma.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements - Industrial Engineer. - Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and root cause analysis, PDCA methodology. 5S methodology. - Production planning and control. - Effective communication with internal clients, teamwork. - Ability to work under pressure. - Data analysis.
