Job :

Reporting to the General Management, the Manager ensures the overall steering of the center to guarantee its commercial development, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Commercial Development
Develop turnover and achieve set objectives.
Welcome, advise, and convert prospects into clients.
Promote the center's services, treatments, and packages.
Implement prospecting, loyalty, and commercial development actions.
Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
Team Management
Supervise, lead, and support all staff.
Organize schedules and distribute tasks.
Ensure the quality of services, compliance with procedures, and center standards.
Develop team motivation and commercial performance.
Customer Relations and Satisfaction
Ensure a professional and personalized welcome.
Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage complaints and sensitive situations.
Ensure an impeccable customer experience.
Operational and Administrative Management
Supervise the daily organization of the center and the smooth running of activities.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies.
Control cash collection, cash register, and billing operations.
Prepare activity reports and ensure regular follow-up with General Management.
Ensure the cleanliness, image, and proper functioning of the center.

Required profile :

Higher education in commerce, management, or equivalent.
Successful experience in a commercial and managerial role.
Experience in the well-being, aesthetics, spa, fitness, hotel, or premium services sectors is highly appreciated.
Proven experience in commercial development, customer loyalty, and team management.
