Test Manager

As Test Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic vision of software quality (QA) and the overall management of test automation. You will guarantee the operational excellence of the Quality approach at the organizational level by structuring test frameworks, managing resources, and ensuring the implementation of QA governance.

• Definition, governance and implementation of the overall software automation and quality strategy.
• Architectural guidance, monitoring and framing of automated testing frameworks at project/portfolio scale.
• Management, supervision and skills development of testing teams (Lead Tests, automation and functional testers, service providers).
• Supervision of test campaign management, resource planning and validation of Quality milestones.
• Strategic collaboration with Project Managers, DevOps, Architects and Business stakeholders to align QA with business challenges.
• Steering the continuous improvement of QA processes, defining quality KPIs/metrics and integrating new technologies across the company.
• Comprehensive risk analysis, management of quality committees and cross-functional monitoring of anomalies.
• Technology monitoring, budgeting and strategic recommendations regarding the choice of automation tools and methodologies.

Technical skills:

• Overall view of automation tools and frameworks: Playwright, Robot Framework (ability to guide architectural choices).
• Understanding of scripting languages: Python, Java (to challenge and validate technical choices).
• Mastering governance through test management tools: TestRail, Zephyr, Xray.
• Continuous Integration and Shift-Left Pilot: QA integration into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Supervision of testing for modern architects: REST API, Microservices and validation via automated tests.
• Advanced mastery of scaled Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Education: Bac+5 in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 12 years of experience, including significant experience in automation and team management.
