Production Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated production trainer to join our team in Ain Sebaa, Morocco. As a production trainer, you will play a crucial role in improving the skills and efficiency of our production staff, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining safety standards.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff
• Organize regular training sessions on production processes, equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online learning modules.
• Collaborate with production managers to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and analyze production parameters to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Mentoring new employees and providing ongoing support to existing staff.
• Keeping up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of manufacturing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Desired Candidate Profile

You hold a degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience as a production trainer or in a similar role within a production environment. In-depth knowledge of production processes, methodologies, and best practices. Solid understanding of quality control standards and occupational health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups. Skills in developing and implementing effective training programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with performance assessment and improvement techniques. Proficiency in relevant production software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Relevant certifications in production management or training (preferred). Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Arabic is an asset.
