As part of its growth, ARROW BSC is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Team Leader inside sales (German speaker),
What you will be doing at ARROW:
Provide clear direction and guidance to team members,
Identify and address team member training needs,
Facilitate open and effective communication within the team,
Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges,
Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes,
Report regularly on team progress and key performance indicators.
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Ability to motivate and engage team members,
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
