• Deliver exceptional first-level technical support and customer service in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and system cleanups in line with company procedures.
• Resolve customer issues during the first interaction whenever possible by leveraging training internal knowledge bases and available documentation.
• Accurately document and track customer cases in internal systems.
• Stay up to date with products services and support processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism accountability and a customer-first approach in every interaction.

What Were Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support IT or a similar role.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish with outstanding communication skills.
