WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us - you must give the best first impression of AnyTech365
• You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check using our professional toolkit to scan the device
• You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer
• You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service

REQUIREMENTS

• Native level of Spanish

• Availability to work shifts

• Previous experience in sales

• Communication and social skills

• High level of English is a plus

• Passionate about technologies
