Job :

As part of our development, we are looking for an HR Officer to join our team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be involved in all recruitment and human resources management tasks.

Recruitment

• Write and publish job offers.
• Deploy multi-channel sourcing campaigns (job boards, social networks, employee referrals, etc.).
• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
• Ensure follow-up of the recruitment process, from pre-selection to onboarding.
• Update dashboards and HR tracking tools.
• Propose and implement action plans to optimize recruitment processes.

HR Management

• Manage and follow disciplinary procedures (warnings, suspensions, summons, etc.).
• Oversee internal training.
• Participate in the development and promotion of the employer brand.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Required profile :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources or equivalent
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR management
- Proficiency in multi-channel sourcing techniques
- Good analytical skills and results-oriented
- Rigor, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously
