Sales Engineer - Construction Materials | Casablanca / Rabat (Morocco)

Job :

We favor candidates who have already worked on construction projects, particularly in one of the following roles:

• Sales Engineer in construction materials;
• Design Office Engineer;
• Project Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, design offices, and architects.
• Promote the company's technical systems and solutions.
• Analyze technical specifications, bills of quantities, and project plans to identify commercial opportunities.
• Actively prospect for new projects, convert prospects into clients, and secure orders to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure follow-up of technical files submitted for approval, approvals, and orders related to projects.
• Coordinate actions with internal technical and logistics teams.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 or equivalent) minimum in civil engineering, architecture, or construction engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in liaising with design offices, construction companies, and architects.
• Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications, plans, and bills of quantities.

Appreciated assets:

• Experience in dry construction systems, ceilings, partitions, or finishing materials.
• Previous experience in technical sales or business development.
• Professional network with design offices, architects, or construction companies in Morocco.
• Excellent command of English or literary Arabic.
