Join our dynamic team in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Cycles sector as a Sales Advisor. You will work in the heart of the city of Laayoune, actively contributing to our success in a booming market. Your main mission will be to develop our client portfolio and ensure an exceptional purchasing experience.

Your role will be essential to meet and exceed our sales targets. You will aim to maximize customer satisfaction, retain our existing clientele, and prospect for new opportunities to increase our market share. Success in this position requires a thorough understanding of our customers' needs and the proposal of suitable solutions.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and advising a diverse clientele, understanding their specific needs.
• Presenting and arguing the features and benefits of our products (new and used vehicles, accessories).
• Negotiating sales conditions and finalizing transactions.
• Following up on customer files and ensuring quality after-sales service.
• Actively participating in promotional and commercial animation activities.
• Conducting competitive intelligence and analyzing market trends to adjust commercial strategies.
• Achieving individual and collective objectives set by management.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +3 (3 years of higher education) is required. A degree in Sales / Marketing / Export would be a major asset.

We are looking for someone with professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar sales role, ideally in the automotive sector or a related field.
