OPPO is recruiting a Warehouse Keeper / ASS Stock Manager (M/F)
As part of its development in Morocco, OPPO is recruiting an ASS Warehouse Keeper / Stock Manager to manage spare parts, track stock, and ensure the availability of parts needed for repair operations.
Main tasks:
- Receive spare parts and check quantities, references, and their conformity with delivery documents.
- Record stock entries and exits in the management system.
- Prepare and distribute spare parts needed for ASS centers and technicians.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of parts.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system data.
- Identify, analyze, and report stock discrepancies and help resolve them.
- Prepare requests for spare parts based on ASS needs and track incoming shipments.
- Receive and ensure traceability of returned, defective, or non-conforming parts.
- Collaborate closely with ASS managers and technicians to ensure the availability of parts needed for repairs.
- Participate in improving spare parts management processes and adhering to internal procedures.
Required profile :
- High school diploma (Bac) to Associate's degree (Bac+2) in logistics, stock management, transport, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in stock management or logistics.
- Experience in After-Sales Service (ASS), electronics, mobile phones, or spare parts is highly appreciated.
- Experience in a structured environment with a stock management system is an advantage.
- Good command of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and stock tracking functions.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Good professional level of French, both spoken and written.
- Fluent command of English.
