Join KITEA as a Health & Safety Officer and contribute to the implementation of our HSE policy across all our sites.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

Participate in the identification, evaluation, and prevention of occupational and environmental risks.
Ensure the application of safety procedures and instructions.
Conduct HSE inspections, checks, and audits.
Monitor work accidents and incidents, analyze their causes, and propose corrective actions.
Oversee the management of personal and collective protective equipment.
Participate in waste management and compliance with environmental requirements.
Educate and train employees on HSE best practices.
Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare necessary reports.
Participate in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits.
Ensure regulatory watch regarding safety and environment.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in HSE, QHSE, Environment, or equivalent.

You have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial, logistics, supply chain, or distribution environment.

You possess the following skills:

Good command of HSE and environmental regulations.
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Experience in risk management and accident prevention.
Ability to conduct audits and field inspections.
Proficiency in HSE performance indicator reporting and analysis tools.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage teams.
Rigor, autonomy, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
Analytical thinking and proactivity.
