Required profile :
Reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager, you will be responsible for activities related to initiating maintenance processes, returning vehicles, and selling products and services.
- Manage appointments with clients.
- Receive vehicles from clients and analyze any malfunctions or damages observed.
- Identify client needs and ensure their requests are clearly formulated.
- Handle the preparation and follow-up of quotes, invoicing, and payments.
- Address client complaints and propose complementary services.
- Inform clients about the progress of work and any additional interventions needed.
Required profile :
Bac+2 or higher degree in technical sales.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the automotive sector is required.
Proficiency in computer tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Good listening skills.
