Job :

Within the Information Systems Department, you will join the team in charge of the application that drives international interconnection in the voice and messaging domains.

• Participation in the implementation and migration to a new international wholesale voice business management application for all functional modules: trading, routing, deal management, mediation, rating, billing...
• Functional support and expertise to users (sales, billing managers, marketing, etc.)
• Analysis of the quality of associated functional data
• Analysis of business evolution needs. Proposal of solutions. Drafting of functional specifications, test scenarios, and quick reference guides or operating procedures.
• Implementation and maintenance of interfaces between different partner applications
• Qualification of hotfixes/patches or application releases
• Contribution to committees with business units and daily meetings with the project team (Business & IT)
• Proposal and implementation of automations to improve operational efficiency

Technical Skills:

• Functional expertise on an IT software package
• Ability to synthesize business needs and prioritize according to objectives
• IT solution design skills
• Ability to analyze malfunctions and communicate with the editor until resolution
• Experience in data manipulation and relevant tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, etc.)
• Proven IT culture
• Experience in telecom wholesale would be appreciated
