Job :
Required profile :
- Define and implement the category development strategy in line with company goals;
- Analyze category performance, market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive environment;
- Identify growth opportunities and propose appropriate action plans;
- Manage the product assortment, positioning, pricing, and promotional strategy for the category;
- Work closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, supply chain, and finance teams;
- Monitor performance indicators and provide regular reports to management;
- Contribute to new product launches and the optimization of the existing offering;
- Conduct market research to anticipate changes and identify new business opportunities.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, or a similar commercial role;
- Experience in an industrial / FMCG / consumer goods environment would be an asset;
- Good command of commercial data analysis and reporting tools;
- Analytical mindset, business orientation, and ability to translate analysis into concrete action plans;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from different departments;
- Autonomy, organization, and sense of priority.
