Job :

Directly reporting to the Management, you will be in charge of:

• Providing in real-time the goods and services corresponding to the needs of all departments while respecting cost and quality criteria;
• Monitoring purchases and expenses incurred by the company within the framework of authorized procedures and budgets;
• Ensuring the optimal operating condition of all material resources of Foods & Goods;

Your main tasks will be as follows:

Internal Purchasing:

• Placing orders: Identifying needs and preparing purchase requests with comparative quotes;
• Receiving orders: Quantity and quality control upon receipt;
• Inventory management for stocked products: paper, office supplies, hygiene products, packaging...
• Supplier management (prospecting, selection, evaluation, validation of documents for payment...).

General Services:

• Maintenance and security of premises;
• Management of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, pest control, surveillance cameras);
• Infrastructure maintenance;
• Travel and transportation management.
  

Required profile :

Education:
Bachelor's degree (BAC + 3) minimum.

Required Skills:

• Exemplary integrity
• Responsiveness, and results-oriented
• Organizational skills, Rigor, and discipline
• Proficiency in computer tools is essential (especially Excel)
• Successful prior experience in this field is essential
