As part of the development of its Compliance & Permanent Control Entity, Bank Assafa is recruiting for the position of "Standards, Projects, and Reporting Officer" whose mission will be:

• Cross-functional coordination and management

Ensure coordination between the different Compliance & Internal Control entities for cross-functional issues and regulatory requests.
Centralize, monitor, and consolidate the execution of annual action plans.
Serve as a key contact point with various business lines and governance bodies.

• Reporting and performance monitoring

Collect, analyze, and consolidate compliance and internal control indicators.
Design and implement dashboards and management tools for effective activity monitoring.
Produce and distribute reports intended for internal bodies, the Group, and supervisory authorities.

• Project management

Frame, plan, and coordinate improvement and transformation projects.
Ensure monitoring of schedules, deliverables, and remediation plans.
Prepare and lead steering and monitoring committees for cross-functional projects.

Required profile :

• Graduated from a Business School/University with a Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Finance, Audit, Control & Risk Management.
• You have 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
