PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

We are seeking an onsite PMO Support Consultant to coordinate the implementation and integration of merchant services and partnerships for its Marketplace initiative. The consultant will provide structured project governance coordinate stakeholders document requirements track regulatory and contractual activities and help drive each integration through to closure.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end merchant and partner integrations across business operational regulatory legal and technical workstreams.
• Establish and maintain project plans milestones action logs risk and issue logs dependency trackers and status dashboards.
• Gather structure document and follow up on business and implementation requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Support regulatory tax currency-change compliance and governance activities linked to merchant partnerships.
• Coordinate the preparation review and closure of contracts NDAs commercials and other partnership documentation.
• Organize working sessions governance meetings and weekly progress reviews document decisions owners and next steps.
• Function as the central coordination point between teams banks merchants service providers vendors and other partners.
• Identify delivery blockers and dependencies escalate issues promptly and follow through until resolution.
• Prepare concise management updates and ensure documentation is complete current and audit ready.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven PMO project coordination or project management experience within banking financial services fintech payments or digital partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and parallel implementation workstreams.
• Strong understanding of governance requirements documentation issue tracking reporting and delivery follow-up.
• Ability to support regulatory compliance commercial and contractual discussions in a structured manner.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional fluency in French and English for coordination with local and regional stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Previous experience within Banking Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.
• Regional experience including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (written verbal and presentation).

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with merchant onboarding marketplace ecosystems partnership implementation or digital platform integrations.
• Experience working with banks payment networks merchants fintechs technology providers or consulting firms.
• Comfort working across business legal compliance operations technology and vendor teams.
• PMP PRINCE2 Agile or another recognized project-management certification is an advantage.
• Good understanding of payment systems digital platforms system workflows security basics and industry technologies.
