Our client, a major player in the Air Transport sector, has entrusted us with an ambitious mission: to secure and manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value projects.

Within a PMO team led by an experienced Lead, you will contribute to:

• Structuring robust project and portfolio governance, aligned with business objectives.

  
  
  

• Defining key milestones and essential deliverables to ensure QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) control.

  
  
  

• Implementing PMO best practices to optimize the execution of ongoing projects.

  
  
  

• Supporting change management with the teams, instilling a culture of performance and agility.

  
  
  

This mission requires specialist profiles, capable of challenging the status quo, anticipating risks, and creating value at every step.

Required profile :

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in PMO, portfolio management, or project transformation, ideally in complex environments (air transport, energy, or large accounts sectors).

  
  
  

• Advanced proficiency in planning tools (Planisware Orchestra is a real plus).

  
  
  

• PMP, PRINCE2 certification or equivalent (a major asset).

  
  
  

• Languages: French and English (C1 level) - fluent and impactful communication is essential.
