Job :

T&I PMO has the central role of driving and supporting innovation initiatives within Capgemini Engineering. This position combines two main missions:

Educate and promote innovation within Capgemini (specifically the mechanical department):

• Develop and spread a culture of innovation among the department's employees.
• Identify and integrate emerging technological trends relevant to the department's activities.
• Organize workshops, events, and training sessions to raise awareness and motivate teams to adopt innovative approaches.

Follow-up of innovation projects and prototype development

• Supervise and coordinate innovative projects, from the initial idea to their realization.
• Work closely with teams to design, develop, and test prototypes.
• Coordinate innovation activities in connection with internal and external stakeholders (clients, technological partners, startups, etc.).
• Implement monitoring indicators to evaluate the impact and progress of projects.
• Be the main point of contact to align innovation initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar) or innovation management.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years in innovation project management or as a PMO, ideally in an industrial or technological (or R&D) context.
• Technical skills: Good knowledge of mechanical basics (automotive, aerospace...), innovation processes, and project management tools.
• Technological knowledge: 3D printing / GenAI / AR-VR / Robotics / Digital Twin / Product Design / Multiphysics Simulation...
