Job : Moore Casablanca is recruiting a Group Chief Accountant as part of its business development.
Required profile :
- Supervise and coordinate the accounting of several group entities;
- Ensure the reliability of accounting closings and financial statements;
- Supervise the revision and analysis of accounts;
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations;
- Review and validate tax declarations;
- Manage and support the accounting team;
- Participate in the development and monitoring of financial reports;
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes;
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent;
- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant / Accounting Manager, ideally gained in a chartered accounting firm;
- Strong command of Moroccan accounting and tax laws;
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and tax obligations;
- Experience in team management and supervision;
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy;
- Sense of organization and responsibility;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
