As part of our activities, we are recruiting a Performance Analyst primarily responsible for missions with a clientele composed of major national and international players.

Your responsibilities :

Performance Management and Analysis
• Participate in the definition and updating of KPIs in line with GBS objectives.
• Contribute to data collection, control, and quality.
• Produce performance dashboards and reports, ensuring their reliability and regularity.
• Monitor indicator trends and carry out comparative analyses (internal / benchmark).
• Identify performance gaps and propose areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with operational, financial, and project teams to understand issues and consolidate analyses.
• Prepare summaries for management.

Contribution to Continuous Improvement
• Participate in process analysis and the identification of optimization areas.
• Contribute to performance improvement projects and the evolution of reporting tools.
• Help detect bottlenecks and formulate operational recommendations.
• Support the implementation of action plans and monitor their progress.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, finance, data science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance management or data analysis.
