Job :
As part of our activities, we are recruiting a Digital Project Manager primarily responsible for missions with a clientele composed of major national and international players.
Your responsibilities:
Digital Project Management
• Define and scope digital projects in line with performance objectives.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate business, IT, data, and external supplier teams.
• Ensure project reporting to the Performance Manager and Transformation Officer.
• Manage risks, trade-offs, and priorities.
Deployment and optimization of performance tools
• Participate in defining and evolving KPIs and management tools.
• Design or improve dashboards, reporting solutions, and automation tools.
• Supervise testing, acceptance, and go-live phases.
• Guarantee the quality, reliability, and availability of the digital tools used.
Continuous improvement & digitalization of processes
• Analyze existing processes and identify digitalization opportunities.
• Propose innovative solutions to reduce manual tasks, improve data quality, and streamline operations
Change Management
• Prepare and deliver training, support materials, and communications related to new tools.
• Support operational teams in adopting digital solutions.
• Collect user feedback and continuously adjust solutions.
Required profile :
• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school in information systems, computer science, or project management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital project management or digital transformation
