Reporting to the After-Sales Service Manager, you will be responsible for activities related to initiating maintenance processes, returning vehicles, and selling products and services.
Manage appointments with clients.
Receive vehicles from clients and analyze any malfunctions or damages observed.
Identify client needs and ensure their requests are clearly formulated.
Handle the preparation and follow-up of quotes, invoicing, and payments.
Address client complaints and propose complementary services.
Inform clients about the progress of work and any additional interventions needed.
Required profile :
Bac+2 or higher degree in technical sales.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the automotive sector is required.
