Your role will be to manage all human resources policies and practices, in line with the company's strategic goals. You will ensure the creation of a stimulating and high-performing work environment, promoting talent development and team engagement.

Your duties will include developing and implementing recruitment, training, and career management policies. You will lead the compensation and benefits strategy, as well as performance management and organizational development. Required profile :

A Master's degree or higher is required, ideally with further education in human resources, social law, or management.

With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in HR roles, ideally gained in the hotel and restaurant or service sector, you have proven expertise in team management and leading large-scale HR projects.
