Job : Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our Italian and French-speaking clients. Your mission will be to manage multichannel requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from our clients in Italian and French
- Analyze requests and provide quick and effective answers
- Handle order follow-up, complaints, product information, and billing
- Offer personalized and friendly service to ensure an optimal customer experience
- Act as a link between customers and internal departments to handle complex requests

Required profile : Perfect command of Italian and French, spoken and written
Successful first experience (1 to 3 years) in customer service, call center, or customer relations
Active listening, empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills
Good command of office tools and ability to quickly learn CRM software
