Job : Join our dynamic and fast-growing team! As an Italian-Speaking Back Office Agent, your main responsibilities will be:
- Operational management of content moderation on the client's social platforms.
- Evaluation and verification of user content compliance with established guidelines.
- Analysis and control of multimedia data (texts and images) in Italian and English.
- Constant monitoring of the quality and accuracy of the work performed, in line with project targets.
- Classification and cataloging of specific information and metadata within data flows.
- Teamwork aimed at jointly achieving productivity targets.
- Contribution to the efficiency and continuous development of company workflows.
Required profile : Perfect command of the Italian language, both written and spoken (a good level of French or English will be considered a plus).
Strong customer focus, empathy, and excellent written communication skills.
Rigor, precision, and keen attention to detail.
Excellent command of basic computer tools (Office Suite, web browsing, CRM).
Ability to work independently and manage stress.
Previous experience in back office or call center roles is welcome, but motivated junior profiles are also considered.
