Job :

• Analyze and process technical requests related to after-sales service.
• Verify installations, equipment, and interventions to ensure they meet technical requirements.
• Diagnose malfunctions and identify the causes of anomalies.
• Control the quality and conformity of the technical solutions implemented.
• Review intervention reports and propose necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure the follow-up of customer technical complaints until their resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams and various partners to ensure efficient handling of requests.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of After-Sales processes.
• Prepare technical reports and ensure reporting of incidents and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable procedures, standards, and technical requirements.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in after-sales service, maintenance, diagnosis, or technical support is desired.
• Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing technical documents.
• Good command of French and English.
• Proficiency in computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Team spirit and customer focus.
