Operational Recruitment Officer - Catering | Casablanca (Morocco)

As part of strengthening our Human Resources team, we are recruiting an Operational Recruitment Officer specialized in catering professions.

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for supporting the recruitment needs of our various sites.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Gather and analyze recruitment needs from operational managers.
• Ensure the recruitment of operational profiles in the catering sector: Head Chefs, Sous-Chefs, Chef de Parties, Cooks, Pastry Chefs, Bakers, Snack Bar Staff, Waiters, Dishwashers, Catering Assistants, etc.
• Carry out daily and proactive sourcing through CV databases, social networks, recruitment platforms, unsolicited applications, and other appropriate channels.
• Build, develop, and update a candidate pool by profession and region.
• Conduct telephone pre-selections and candidate evaluations.
• Organize and conduct qualification interviews.
• Present pre-selected profiles to operational managers.
• Respond to urgent recruitment needs and high-volume recruitment.
• Participate in local recruitment initiatives: job dating, forums, recruitment campaigns, partnerships with schools and training centers, etc.
• Provide regular reporting on activity and track recruitment indicators: sourced CVs, pre-selected profiles, interviews conducted, hires made, recruitment times, etc.
• Maintain active monitoring of the job market and the availability of operational profiles.

Required profile :

We are looking for a professional with proven experience as an Operational Recruitment Officer:

• A minimum of a Bac+3 degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in operational recruitment.
• Ideally, experience in catering, hospitality, collective catering, or a multi-site environment.
• Good knowledge of operational catering professions.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and within short deadlines.
• Good ability to quickly identify and evaluate profiles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Rigor, responsiveness, autonomy, and a sense of priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously and to work closely with operational teams.
