Your tasks

Join a 100% inbound call activity and become a key player in customer satisfaction and business development.

On a daily basis, you will be asked to:

• Respond to customer requests and assist them professionally
• Identify their needs and provide them with suitable solutions
• Present and offer complementary products based on the customer's profile and needs
• Develop additional sales while prioritizing the quality of advice
• Build customer loyalty through trust and a positive experience
• Achieve your sales targets while respecting quality standards

Are you a good listener, comfortable with customer relations, and motivated by sales challenges? Join us!

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Customer service mindset and sales drive
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and empathy
• Rigor, dynamism, and team spirit
• Immediate availability is a plus
